The work between receiving a spreadsheet and being able to use it is still too often a ritual of copying, correcting, and hoping nothing broke.

A machine for turning awkward spreadsheets into clean, checked files. An existing implementation has been inspected; the independent ViVeri edition is being prepared.

Who this is for

• Operations teams handling inconsistent spreadsheets
• Small teams that need a visible, repeatable preparation process

Intended capabilities

What it does.

• Read CSV, TSV, XLSX, and XLS files in a browser.
• Confirm headers and normalize dates, numbers, and percentages.
• Validate identifiers and preview manual or bulk corrections.
• Export prepared CSV files, a ZIP of separate tables, and preparation reports.

Limits, clearly stated

• These are reviewed candidate capabilities, not a released ViVeri service.
• The current date output is specialized. Additional formats need verification.
• Does not execute spreadsheet formulas or infer missing business meaning.
• Large-file limits apply. Live business-system connectors are outside the proposed first release.

Without ViVeri

The candidate exports ordinary data files. Retained use without ViVeri will be tested and documented with the approved package; self-hosting is not yet promised.

License & rights

Usage and distribution rights are being settled before release. No open-source or redistribution license is currently granted.

Free-use scope

Proposed first release: local file preparation and exports without a subscription or contribution requirement. Exact rights and supported scope must be published before the status becomes Released.

Hosting

The candidate processes files in the browser without a paid AI service or calculation server. A standalone package, supported-browser list, and hosting guide still need release verification.

Operating costs

Not yet measured for the ViVeri edition. Device, hosting, maintenance, and support costs will be recorded separately.
