03The economics
Useful software has a cost. So does dependence. We want to make both visible—with sources, assumptions, and a clear line between an estimate and a result.
We report actual investment, estimated net savings, and verified realized savings separately. We do not infer corporate losses from people using a tool.

Builder labor
Not yet recordedTime is recorded in hours. It is not silently converted into cash spent.
Realized user savings
Not yet measuredNo documented savings cohort is recorded. Downloads and expressions of interest are not savings.

These references explain the market around a capability. They do not establish feature parity or savings for every user.
Microsoft
A broad automation suite, not a like-for-like replacement claim. ViVeri file preparation covers a narrow local workflow and does not replace cloud orchestration or enterprise connectors.
Microsoft consolidated FY2025, year ended June 30, 2025. Revenue and net income are company-wide historical results, not Power Automate results or estimates of money ViVeri could redirect.
Company-wide revenue and net income are different metrics. Neither is attributed to this product unless the source explicitly does so.
CaptivateIQ
An enterprise platform has a wider scope than a local calculation engine. ViVeri does not currently replace its administration, integrations, or service commitments.
Company revenue and net income have not been verified from the reviewed source. No private-company financial estimate is asserted.

The method
Define the user, capability, period, currency, and baseline first. Count only costs actually avoided. Keep overlapping tools and periods out of double counts. Record taxes, seat minimums, billing frequency, and any costs excluded from the scope.
Realized savings need a documented before-and-after record, a defined period, and a stated verification method. A self-reported result stays labeled self-reported. Estimates never silently become verified results.
