Accounting basis

A balance you can follow

Cash basis in USD: only confirmed transactions affect the cash ledger. Pledges, budgets, estimates, historical founder investment, and labor are separate. Opening balance and reconciliation are pending; unknown totals are not zero.

Restricted contributions and spending must be tagged to the same mission. Restricted funds are not freely available for other work. Public descriptions are redacted; private receipts, bank details, and donor contact information stay private.

Recipient: Operator and receiving arrangement pending confirmation. A verified hosted payment provider, recipient disclosure, support terms, and cancellation policy must be confirmed before collection opens.

  • Share domain knowledge, design, code, or documentation.

If a mission changes or stops

Before accepting mission-restricted money, we will state the recipient, permitted uses, fees, and the cancellation/refund policy. Restricted money will not be silently redirected. There are no active mission collections today.

Support is not represented as charitable giving or tax-deductible. It does not buy equity, community ownership, or roadmap votes.
