A commission result should be explainable to the person who earned it. Small teams need reliable calculations without buying an entire enterprise compensation system.

A machine for calculating commissions with inspectable rules and portable results. An existing calculation engine has been inspected; the ViVeri edition has not been released.

Intended capabilities

What it does.

• Import roster and sales CSV data.
• Calculate supported flat, marginal, and retroactive plans deterministically.
• Apply an optional single-manager reporting hierarchy.
• Export explanations, statements, CSV, and lossless JSON backups.

Limits, clearly stated

• The candidate supports USD, one supplied period, nonnegative sales, and bounded input sizes.
• The visual plan builder supports two tiers. Unsupported rules must be rejected.
• No payroll, payments, tax advice, or automatic business-system integrations.
• The independent ViVeri edition and its exact exports still need acceptance testing.

Candidate CSV and JSON results can be retained. Continued independent execution will be documented and tested with the release package.

License & rights

Usage and distribution rights are being settled before release. Internal methods and source publication are separate decisions.

Free-use scope

Proposed first release: supported local calculations and exports without a subscription, time limit, or mandatory contribution. The final free-use grant must be explicit before release.

Hosting

Candidate calculations run in the browser without a paid AI service. Distribution and hosting instructions must be verified for the ViVeri package.

Operating costs

Not yet measured. Count setup, migration, device, hosting, maintenance, and any complementary tools before estimating savings.
